R82, VSX Main, Maestro, and MLM logging - sanity check

Is anyone seeing a similar response in R82?  VSX Main responds that logging to the MLM is in error state.
I have a TAC case going...

We are seeing a difference in logging on a group of VSX SGMs that have been upgraded to R82 (take 60),  VSX Main/vsenv 0 is show the error state of "2" for overall logging status to the MLMs (we have a primary and secondary logger).

vsenv 0

cpstat fw -f log_connection

Overall Status: 2

For the primary:
Status 1|Log-Server Connected

Secondary shows disconnected.

vsenv 4
cpstat fw -f log_connection

Overall Status: 0

And on another SGM VSX group, the FWs show status of 1 (Warning) while vsenv 0 is "2".
Remotely, this is the oid for snmp

Is anyone else seeing this condition?
