R82.10 SmartConsole Pop Up Windows weirdly minimized

Dear Community,

Since a few weeks (I guess since SmartConsole R82.10) my customers and me, we have the pop Up windows weirdly minimized. So we cannot add Trusted Certificates for example. Even with the newest R81.10.9900.422 build.

In the streamed SmartConsole, the problem does not appear

Anyone saw this already (guess just Smart1Cloud users affected, because R82.10 is brand-new)?

Hi,

Tested two of our Smart-1 Cloud customers with SmartConsole build 82.10.9900.408 and I have the opposite.
In my case the Trusted Certificate window expands across my entire screen with a blank part at the right.
But at least I can see the trusted certificate list.

If you have this problem with multiple SmartConsoles on different computers, I would reach out to TAC.

Can you please check which these other windows is displayed wrong:

Manage & Settings->Blades->HTTPS inspection->Advanced Settings
New->Network Object->Network feed

Do you encounter the same issue in demo mode?

After Advances Settings in your path, I already get the reduced window like in my screenshot.
New->Network Object->Network feed works

Demo seems not available for R82.10 client, because it says:
Cloud Demo is not supported with this SmartConsole version.

It appears to be a known issue, related to DPI settings. As a temporary workaround, try to reduce the display scale to 150% or 100%, or use Web SmartConsole.
Regarding demo mode - it should work soon, but the same issue is expected there as well.
