Unfortunately this is a new limitation in R81.10 but we are working on fixing it.

Just to update this old thread, it appears the limitation of not being to set more than one IPS Protections filter checkbox has been resolved in the latest version of the R81.10 SmartConsole and in R81.20 GA.
