Hi Team,
We have deployed a Check Point Security Gateway running R81.20 on an OpenShift KVM platform.
We are attempting to upgrade the gateway to Jumbo Hotfix Take 99, but the process consistently gets stuck at 34%.

Version: R81.20
Platform: OpenShift KVM
Target Take: Jumbo Hotfix Take 99
Issue: Upgrade stuck at 34%, system corruption after reboot

Can you try one of below options? installer install from clish
CP-GW> installer
agent - Perform Deployment agent actions
check-for-updates - Check for new available packages in Check Point cloud
clean-install - Clean install a new major version
delete - Delete package
download - Download package
download-and-install - Download and install package
import - Import package
install - Install hotfix
reinstall - Reinstall package
uninstall - Uninstall package
upgrade - Upgrade to a new major version
verify - Verify if package is compatible with this machine

I was thinking these need specials images that have recent Jumbo included:

Don't think you can upgrade these the normal way. Please correct me if mistaken
Hm, you might be right, not 100% positive, but does have logic to it.
I have an OpenShift Virtualization (OCPv) cluster running R82 security gateways. I can deploy an R81.20 gateway and attempt the same Jumbo Hotfix installation. Give me a day or so to deploy, test, and report back.
