ERROR: Geolocation DB incorrect for owned IP Space

Hello, I hope this is the correct place to post. 

I have a question about the speed of updating the location for ip addresses.
Our company uses check point, this NGFW uses your databases to check the location of ip addresses.
There is an ip address of 2.63.180.246, according to your databases it is located in Ukraine, but in fact it is already considered Russian, which breaks the logic of the check point rules.
Can you tell me how quickly the ip address location data is updated?
Is it possible to somehow update IP geolocation databases independently?

Please report the issue to TAC for investigation if you feel there is an error with the Geo data for this network address range.

Updatable GeoLocation IP addresses are updated daily. For further info, please check the article below.

I would agree with Chris in this case. I had seen people post about this before and best way is to actually open TAC case and have them resolve the issue.
