it caused us more than a few issues.

Looks like just came out yesterday.

The bad script came out 14th-16th.
Caused us issues on the 16th.

Sorry, my bad, was updated yesterday, came out mid December. I checked my R81.20 lab and md5 output shows something else than whats in the sk. I would definitely open TAC case for this.

Hi Elad.
Checkpoint and our Partner are on the case and we haven't had any further issues after Tuesday 16th.
I and my Management are interested in how many other users on Checkmates may have encountered the same issue.

Hi all,

On December 14, 10:30 am GMT, we released an update to our diagnostics tool.

A few customers, on rare occasions, encountered stability issues due to high CPU utilization caused by an inefficient code included in this update.

The issue is now resolved.

Any customer who requires assistance or needs further information should contact TAC.
