You can modify service in its properties or create custom service with port 25.

From the global properties does not have the option.

Its in smart console, under objects on the right, look for the service you wish to modify, double click on it and you can see the options there. Alternatively, you can create new custom service and assign port to it that you need.

@emmap is 100% right, you cant change the port for mail alerts. I obviously misunderstood, I thought you were specifically asking for option to modify the port in the service properties.

The port used is a function of script called to generate the email.
I don't believe you can change the port used by internal_sendmail.
