chekpoint and zscaler ipsec issue

our firewall is behind the NAT and NAT is disabled in community , phase 1 is successful but giving issue in authentication failed. we have cross checked the shared secret but no success

"cross check the shared secret" how precisely did you do this?
You might need to redefine the shared secret (i.e. set it to something else, save the config, reset to the desired value, save).
Otherwise, TAC will probably need to be involved.
