WebUI of gateways unreachable

After configuring the cluster, I can no longer access the Gaia Web Portal on either gateway. The WebUI is unreachable on both cluster members.

Additionally, I cannot ping the cluster Virtual IP (VIP) from devices located on the same network. The gateways and the cluster appear to be configured, but connectivity is lost after the cluster configuration.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or can suggest what I should check to restore WebUI access and network connectivity?

Do you have rules defined in your Access Policy that permit the necessary access?

Which version are you running?

If you can PING the cluster members, take a look at:

Can you SSH to the appliances or do you have console access? Check the web port

#show web ssl-port

Otherwise, perform a quick debug

#fw ctl zdebug + drop
