WebSmartConsole - I can not log as a Super User (Admin)

I can log in websmartconsole only on read only mode!

 Admin mode: Why i can not log in admin mode!?

Check your admin profile, it can be read-only. Also, try restarting the server if you believe your admin account has full permissions.

In smartconsole client its ok, but in  websmartconsole only in read-only..

Got it. I believe WebSmartConsole is read-only by design.

I have it on lab and its ok.. I can work on it on admin mode.

Yes, you are right. Please look into sk173968 - Web SmartConsole Troubleshooting. If it does not help, feel free to open a TAC request.

This is indeed the design. In recent Web SmartConsole takes we added this notification to several pages so that the administrator would be more aware of what can be done from each location.

Therefore, even if you login with the same Superuser administrator it will show this message because of the Web SmartConsole missing functionality (that is planed to be added in the future takes).

The point is that i can not log in websmartconsole as a super user (admin), i receive the follow error

But if i check the box read-only, it works...... But i can not do changes, as im on read-only.. 

 

 

  

 So, its not about the notification, the point is that i can not log in admin mode.... In Smartconsole client works perfectlly..

I believe this is related to your post from yesterday. Anyway, below is what I see in my R81.20 lab, works fine. Btw, if you try standalone smart console as admin, it works? If so, can you add another admin and try web version?

I dont get that warning in R81.20 web smart console, works like a charm.

Never mind, disregard my last response @Tal_Paz-Fridman . When I logged in initially, it never showed banner on top it was read-only, though came up after few mins, but sitll lets me install the policy...strange.
