GAIA WEB Not Loading

After installing R81.20 PHP Security HF T2 on a ClusterXL member, the Gaia Portal no longer loads. When do cpstop gaia loading but after cpstart gaia not loading. Cluster also up and running. however try to install policy also getting fail.

This is standby member and still not apply R81.20 PHP Security HF T2 to the Active member.

Did you previously apply the PHP Script mitigation published by CheckPoint?

If you did, then you'll need to revert as follows:

cd $CPDIR/web/Apache/conf
cp -v cp-httpd.conf_BKP cp-httpd.conf
reboot

(cpstop && cpstart isn't sufficient. You'll need to perform a full reboot)

We have installed the newly released patch; however, the issue has occurred again on the standby device.

Symptoms observed,

• Gaia Web Portal is not loading.
• TCP port 443 is reachable (telnet to port 443 is successful).
• The issue reappeared after the patch installation.
• We have also noticed that policy installations are taking longer than usual compared to before the patch was applied.sk1000302 After the installing first PHP related patch, Gaia was loaded after took the more time.

Had you already installed the PHP mitigation script?
If yes, did you revert to the original cp-httpd.conf file and reboot, before installing the PHP Hotfix?
