Logs and Monitor Smart Console showing prompt GAIA portal login

Hi Checkmates,

 

We face some issue when showing logs from logs and monitor tab on the smart console needs to input login GAIA portal?

normal condition we just click logs and monitor tab and logs will show and appear. OS Version R81.10 JHFT150

Maybe all of you have experienced the same thing as this

Something wrong with the user profile (special write/read access?) 

Tried to restart system or 

  1. $RTDIR/scripts/stopSmartView
  2. $RTDIR/scripts/startSmartView

Does it happen all the time or just some times?
That does sound like a bug and TAC may be required to investigate.

Have you tested portable/web smart console? Maybe smart console on different PC? Uninsstall/reinstall smart console? Check its latest update?

we try update and restart service MGMT, looks good on 1 PC, but in another PC the issue still happen, smart Event blade not active,

the users only need to see and check the logs.

But first I would rule out client issue. So remove SmartDashboard and reinstall (due the fact you have the issue only on 1 system and other are able to work).

Tottally forgot about it, but excellent point @Lesley 

@Ricki_Juntak I dont have any R81.10 lab, but I gave that file referenced in the link from R81.20 to people running R81.10 and worked just fine.

If you need it, happy to send it over.

we try update and restart service MGMT, looks good on 1 PC can open log monitor and all logs show, but in another PC the issue still happen, smart Event blade not active,

when we try click plus button for NEW TAB only loading smartevent appear. not like usually we see widget like logs, general and etc.
