i cannot uninstall it. i tried "secret" as password but it didn't work. I have never set password. Thanks.
The uninstall password is set by the administrator when they generate the installation packages.
Without this password, you cannot uninstall the client.
This is by design.
I m the one who install it on my PC....but not set any password at that time...What should I do. thanks
The uninstall password is configured in the Endpoint Security Installer itself by the administrator who generated it.
It is not something an end user can set themselves.
Without that password, it will not be possible to uninstall.
I saw a post on here once where there is some convoluted process to do this without an uninstall password, but not even sure its officially supported (probably not).
If I find it, will send it over, BUT, just a small disclaimer, dont shoot the messenger if stuff goes sideways lol
