remove ngav.log

I have a small ssd hd and ngav,log is taking up more than 151 GB. what's the step by step instruction for removing this file?

I agree with @Chris_Atkinson . I found the same link as well when searching for this. I would follow that, but as always, better to do backup beforehand, just in case.
