Run "cplic print" on this machine and show us the output.
I suspect you are posting in the wrong category, it seems that this is from your SMS and not an endpoint. Please confirm

You need separate license for compliance blade. If you put on eval one, it will work 100%, but its only good for 30 days.

This is a CPSM-P1003-E Endpoint security management for 1000 managed Endpoints. Comprised of a Security Management container and 3 blades: Endpoint Policy Management, Logging & Status and User Directory. This means you have to buy a Compliance license if you want one, but as you do not have any gateway licenses you will not be able to use a compliance blade anyway.
