infinity portal display error

Hi  everyone,

My customer uses the same version of installer to install harmony endpoint security on Mac systems, but after installation completes, the capabilities can not be displayed correctly on infinity portal. So my customer has tried to reinstall harmony endpoint security on Mac systems for three times. But the capabilities still can not be displayed correctly on infinity portal after reinstalling for three times. The screenshot of error will be provided as attach picture. Someone please help with the issue, thanks.

Have they tried a different / newer client version at all?

I will have my customer to use a different/newer version installer to install endpoint security on Mac, and then see how it goes, thanks.

I used to support customer with probably 90% of MAC computers and had never seen this issue before. is this cloud portal or on prem endpoint server?

Can you have them try install newest client as Chris suggested? Give us one example...what blades are enabled when this is installed on mac machine that you dont see in the portal?

I would suggest to involve TAC - the screenshot is unusable...

Hang on a second @bang_shiau . I looked at the screenshot more carefully this time and ALL machines are marked as Apple, so technically, 2 of them show 4 blades, only 1 you pointed to shows 1, so seems to me this could be machine issue, not necessarily portal or harmony endpoint problem.
