file cannot be restored from AM blade

Hi Guys!

 

Recently I noticed that some of the files have been detected by the Anti-malware blade, from the Infections tab I saw the file was "Deleted" and quarantined.

 

However I was not able to restore them as when I tried to do it I see the button is greyed out.

May I know what is the reason for that?

Did this ever worked or you never tried before? Im pretty sure option should be available.
