checkpoint application control

Hi everyone,

I have tried to follow the steps in article https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Infinity_Portal/WebAdminGuides/EN/Harmony-Endpoint-Admin-Guide/... in order to block some applications from executing. But the application can still be used after the setting. Can someone tell me how can i block applications from executing using harmony endpoint security?

Was the policy installed after the settings changes?

Which Endpoint client version is used and what blades does it report are currently deployed/running?

Agree with @G_W_Albrecht ...if you get remote going with TAC, I feel this can be fixed rather quick.
