When you say unable to authenticate...how exactly? Windows creds or something else?

CPEP pre-boot user creds - you can not get to windows until you get pass cpep first time sign-in. I also the basic remote option but they  failed as well. I can see myself listed the pre-boot user list. CPEP E88 86.8.80.15

You didn't specify what edition of Windows 11 you are attempting to install this on.
It's also not clear what actual release "86.8.80.15" corresponds to.
However, I'm fairly certain it's not E89.05, which is the only version that would be supported on
Windows 11 25H2 (albeit as Early Availability).
See sk115192.

Bottom line: you will need to get an updated installer from your administrator.

no it is not E89 that just came out, this system had been powered down for a few months.

Its still worth testing, in my opinion.

I am not sure how you would do you do that if you can not past the start up boot screen.

The point is that this version of our Endpoint client is not compatible with the version of Windows 11 you are likely running on.
Unless you can boot into safe mode and uninstall the client (which will require the uninstall password set by the Endpoint admin), this is probably going to require reimaging your PC.
