Windows OS Startup Failure After Full-Disk Encryption Agent Installation

We are encountering startup failures in Windows OS after installing the Full-Disk Encryption (FDE) agent in the following scenarios:

Scenario 1:

  • The FDE agent was successfully installed, but the drive has not yet been encrypted.
  • Windows requires a restart before encryption begins. However, after the restart, the OS fails to start up.

Scenario 2:

  • The FDE agent was installed, and the drive was fully encrypted.
  • After restarting the computer, the OS fails to boot.

 

Could you assist with identifying the root cause and provide a solution for these issues?
