WIndow 10 Corrupt OS after Agent Installation Successfully

We encountered an issue where Windows 10 became corrupted after successfully installing the Check Point FDE agent. Once it synced and required a restart to begin encryption, the Windows 10 operating system suddenly became corrupted. We attempted to recover using file recovery options, but this did not help since the hard drive had not yet been encrypted. We are concerned about why this happened and are looking to identify the root cause to avoid OS corruption during future deployments.

Could you please suggest an alternative solution?
