WINDOWS 11 UPDATE FAILED WITH HARMONY ENDPOINT RUNNING

Hi.

I have a problem with Harmony Endpoint version 88.60.0087 and updates KB5049622 and KB5050009.

I have uninstalled the Endpoint and it has updated correctly.

I want to know how to solve it so that the same thing doesn't happen in the future.

Looks like there is a workaround available for this issue related to the installation of KB5050009: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk183061
Fix is planned to be in E88.62 and E88.70.

If you haven't opened a TAC case on this already, suggest doing so.
There's two TAC cases that mentions an update issue with KB5050009, so you're probably not alone here.

I am getting the same thing in my environment and we have paused updates this month.  This is something new, as December updates went just fine.

The problem is that we have 400 computer equipment in our company and we can´t stop the updates or uninstalled EDR every time an update comes out.

This shouldn't be necessary most of the time.
Again, your best bet is to engage with TAC here.

We have version 88.60.0087 but I can´t deploy the next version because in our portal does not appear.

You went that way and check if there are these options .This last option ckp made available due to a problem in Posture management. You can request this for them.

we also have this issue, already TAC case running.
Multiple customers with different Harmony endpoint versions, from 88.32 up-to 88.61

I tried this workaround yesterday, and it seems to work.
is there an ETA on the release of 88.62 / 88.70?

We don't currently have an expected timeframe for releasing E88.70.
E88.62, which was created due to the longer-than-expected timeframe for releasing E88.70, is expected to be out in the next week or two.
