Sorry to bother you wish this, but it came to my mind. So if customer has harmony endpoint in the cloud instance, does that change anything? How does it work exactly, is the price depending on how many endpoints they are licensed for? Is there link that shows all this?

Harmony Endpoint price is always per device per year.
XDR / Vulnerability management are "Add-On" features that you can add to the existing packages.

XDR is only for cloud at the moment, I will share ETA for On-Prem once we will have it.

I couldn't understand clearly that Harmony endpoint advanced package includes EDR solution. Do I need buy an extra licence for EDR feature? 

I have examined documentations, battle cards and I saw that Harmony Endpoint Advanced package includes EDR.

Am i right?

You are right, Our "Basic", "Advanced" & "Complete" includes the following EDR capabilities:

1. Forensics Report

2. MITRE Mapping

3. Threat Hunting

The new XDR for Endpoint will add the following capabilities:

1. Incident Management

2. Threat Intelligence tool

A bit confused here

CP-HAR-EP-COMPLETE-PM Is this an addon for CP-HAR-EP-COMPLETE-VM-EDR ?

Because i dont get it if its an add-on because Vulnerability management is included in both... but patch management and posture management isnt?
and you refer to posture management (including vulnerability & patch management)  < in the written sense?


I actually bought harmony total back in the days where i was told it was the full package only now to be told that i need to hand over more money to a feature that has later been added to harmony endpoint? does this mean that when we purchase harmony endpoint total that we as a partner/customer can expect only to get what we pay for on the pay of purchase and nothing else? 🙂

Thank you for reaching out.
First, regarding Harmony Total - The package includes the Complete packages from all Harmony Products, from a Harmony Endpoint standpoint, it includes Harmony Endpoint Complete package.
You are definitely not paying only for what you saw, we are adding many new capabilities every month, everything is part of the product you are using.
We recently added  new products, or add-on for Harmony Endpoint, and you are right, those are not part of the existing packages.

Vulnerability Management Add-on:

The SKU is CP-HAR-EP-VM, it includes Vulnerability Management, for $11.

Posture Management Add-on:

The SKU is CP-HAR-EP-PM, it includes Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, and later this is Risk Assessment, for $20.
