first of all, yes we are still struggling with the problem.
We have two clusters with which we open SecureClient connections. One cluster in version R80.20 and the other has R80.40.
The short solution of the support was:
Apparently the current versions (R80.XX and above) will only have a CSHELL portal for IPSec if "SSL Network Extender" option or "Mobile devices" option are enabled in the 'VPN Client' tab.
But we have on both R80.XX and above. To be honest, at this point we gave up.
I may suggest we open a new ticket on this once I know you can follow. However, I won't be in the office next week.
