Threat Emulation Not Available - Help
Hello, I need some help
I have 60 devices, 20 of which say "Threat Emulation Not Available".
The licenses are all correct.
Can you explain why you are showing this and if there is a way to activate it, remembering that I am using the Infinity Portal?

It might be that you just hit the limit of emulations per day. There is a certain limit of emulations your endpoints can do per day, which is not related to the amount of licensed seats. If I remember correctly, the limit is per Infinity customer, and it is 250 emulations per diem.
I suggest you open a TAC case via https://help.checkpoint.com for this to confirm or to look for other explanations.

The problem is that this has been happening for some time, I don't know to what extent the problem a customer is having because of the API key has nothing to do with it.
