System Reboot During Disk Decryption, Cannot Decrypt Device

Friends, there was a reboot in the process of decrypting the disk, now we cannot decrypt the disk. What can be done? Local technical support is not responding.

This was unrelated to the thread it was posted in, so a new thread was forked.

Meanwhile, this is likely going to require Check Point TAC assistance.
Who is "Local Technical Support" in this case? Is it Check Point, a Partner, or someone else?
