We currently have this version (so far only on the test group) and Capsule has problems.

I think my query was not understood in the context. I am interested in the compatibility of the capsule and the office 365 not in terms of mobile access from iOS and Android. But I'm interested in the support of office 2016 from the msoffice 365 account. From the information I have, MS Office 2016 for Office 365 is different from the classic edition of MS Office 2016. This SK does not solve this problem. Thank you

I suggest you open a TAC case. A good problem description + the steps taken to solve the issue is the best approach here.

Then you must be talking about Capsule Docs, not Capsule Workspace.

As noted in this other SK, Office 365 + Capsule Docs is supported from E80.64: Check Point Capsule support for Office 365

I've never talked about Capsule Workspace ...
I will try the question quite simply:
supports Capsule Docs (endpoint version) MS Office 2016 specifically build:
16.0.9001.2080?

TAC SR will open, it really is not a problem 🙂

You said just Capsule... which is where the confusion began

In any case, it looks like it should be supported (at least from the documentation I've seen).
