I'm writing today on an issue that we came across this morning.
One of my Employees was trying to add a new device to our environment when he noticed that the policy wasn't installing to the device.
He brought me to look at it and I instantly noticed that something was up with the SmartEndpoint Server.
The Overview screen of SmartEndpoint was reading 0 Endpoints discovered in the Entire Organization. We have 35 endpoints total. Most of the clients on our machines are reading as disconnected.
Late last week I had an issue with the CPM service not saying running and ready but I was able to resolve that and today it reads as Running and Ready and Server Status is up and ready to receive connections.
I'm really not sure what else to look at or troubleshoot. Any SKs or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
