We have contacted or local CP partners and opened Service Request.
P.S.
I found this information on CP forum:
Is there a solution of this problem?
Latest replay from CP was:
Using the 'Connect all controllers' boot option makes the card to show up successfully.
However, we don't have a UEFI driver ( only BIOS ) for this card.
So we opened RFE.
Ok - thanks.. is that an option in the EPS Server or your client?
On client side
Update - We have some progress with this problem. Turns out there is Lists from Checkpoint with supported SmartCard models. Lists ar two, one for BIOS supported cards, other is for UEFI supported cards.
So, comes out, that problem can be not only with card reader, but with card model also.
