Slow program startup with version >E88

Hi,
starting from version E88 and higher, we’ve been having issues with the startup speed of the ERP application on Windows computers.
The application normally launches within 8 seconds, but with version E88, it usually takes 2 minutes.
I tried adding the entire folder, the exe file to exceptions, and even disabling all blades, but nothing worked. I’ve been using my computer as a test machine to see if the issue gets fixed in a future version, but unfortunately, it hasn't.
The only solution that works is uninstalling version E88 and installing version E87.62.2003.
The application uses a lot of dll plugins (around 500).
I also tried disabling Files Threat Emulation Mode, but nothing helped.
Is there any chance to find out what's causing this and how to fix it? In the company, we had to reinstall about 80 endpoints due to this, as nothing was working.
