Sandblast Agent Unexpected response(Not Found)
Hi,
We use our own sandblast appliance for the Threat Emulation. Periodically you get this error message when downloading files. Does anyone know what it means?

We solved the problem. You've to use a offical trusted certificate for the UserCheck. If someone got the same problem.

Hi,
I get this error message in the browser plugin of Sandblast Agent, when downloading files (see picture in the attachment). But also not always and I don't understand why. We use the client version E82.50.1602. For the threat emulation we use our own TE2000 with version R80.30 Take 155.

I think, from what information I have, this is benign, but not entirely sure.
This is worth a TAC case.

Seems like you will need to open a TAC case.
