Remove "ads.fiancetrack(2).dll"

Hi,

one of my customers with Harmony Endpoint Threat protection running has the Trojan Spyware  "ads.fiancetrack(2).dll detected by Windows defender.

Anybody has a suggestion how to remove the spyware from the system ?
