Hi everyone,

A colleague of mine is using the Check Point VPN Client E89.00 on macOS and is experiencing recurrent disconnects with the error:

"Desktop policy files are corrupted."

This happens intermittently, and so far, we haven't found a consistent trigger. It happens on all his three macOS devices.

Has anyone encountered this before? Any insights on potential fixes or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!

Are there different versions of MacOS involved here?

For awareness E89.01 is the latest client release.

I used to work with customer that only had MACs in their environment and literally every time they had any sort of endpoint issue, we would update OS and install latest client and that would always solve the problem.
