Push operation fails

Good day!

So recently i have tried to delete an agent. After sometime it said FAILED.  Description: "Fail to parse push operation xml". So i have tried other push operations like restart computer and shutdown computer and none of them have been completed. Push operations also fails in all computers in my organization. So it's not a specific computer problem.

Have anyone encountered with this problem?

management/client verions? any troubleshooting steps you tried?

Management Current version: R81.10 (Jumbo Hotfix Take 130 + 3 Hotfixes) 

Client version 86.60.0185

Have tried to push from web interface and with smartendpoint same problems. Rebooting of computers didn't work. Not sure where to dig to troubleshoot correctly.

I have already opened a ticket, but everytime they say collect logs, then update your version, it doesn't help. Then they wait for new version to be released and repeat. Previously, TAC didn't resolve some of my tickets, so that's why decided to write here. Thanks anyway.
