Problem devices: where can I find the solution?

Good morning, greetings from Argentina, happy new year to everyone!

I find that there are 156 computers with problems and I admit that I cannot find a solution.
Where can I start looking for a solution? The most worrying thing is that there are blades that do not run and that puts my cybersecurity area at risk.

Muchas gracias y saludos...felices fiestas!

Happy New Year! Are you able to try and update/fix them from the portal itself? Is it on prem mgmt or cloud?

It's a cloud management. I just did an operation to update the endpoint database and it dropped to 145.
What other issues do I have to take into account?

Are all the machines online and have reliable Internet access, which client and OS versions are the problematic hosts?

Start by looking at the following SKs:

ATRG: Endpoint Security Anti-Malware Blade

https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk162553 [ search for "Outdated Capabilities"]

Harmony Endpoint Web Management Portal shows many machines with Outdated Capabilities for Behavioral Guard
