Linux endpoint prompts that two services are not running

Hello sir,

After the installation of the Linux anti malware port client is completed, use "cpla am info" to view the status display:

“Service 'clamav-freshclam': Not running

Service ' clamd@scan ': Not running”

As a result, the client cannot automatically update the malicious software library. Has anyone ever encountered this situation? How should I conduct an investigation?
