IP client is not being shown on SmartEndpoint

Dear All,

This is my first time to write question here.

I'm trying to test Endpoint Security Solution but noticed something that unsure correct/wrong regarding IP address of client machine that are showing with IP of Security Gateway on SmartEndpoint as highlight screen capture below

Remark my WIN7-VICTIM has IP 10.10.100.101 and WIN10-VICTIM has IP 10.10.100.102 but they are showing IP 10.1.20.20 which is IP of Security Gateway instead.

Appreciate if anyone can clarify this, I'm new with this feature.

Is that gateway in the communications path between the Endpoint Security server and the clients?

Hi Dameon,

Yes it is, The issue had been resolved. After created and applied NO NAT rule from 10.10.100.0/24 (Endpoint Client Zone) to 10.1.20.0/24 (Server Zone)
