How to change default Usercheck in Harmony Endpoint?

This is the user check that gets popped up when I visit blocked url. I would like to edit this and make it better. how can we make changes to this default user check in Harmony Endpoint? I have attached the image of user check that we are seeing right now. Thank you!

Is it on prem or cloud server? I asked one of my colleagues, as he is an endpoint expert, but Im also searching myself in the meantime.

This is not on prem. It is cloud based.

That is what I thought too and made changes there. Unfortunately that is not enough. It seems like we get  " Checkpoint Endpoint Security - URL Fitering" Page blocked for blacklisted/blocked sites. I have attached a screenshot of how we have configured as of now. somehow we are getting different usecheck.

Sorry, I've missed the image you've originally shared. do you have the endpoint browser extension installed?

yes there is a Harmony web Protection browser extension.

Question...did you try different browsers or private / incognito window?

and where are you seeing the blocking page you've shared? in the browser? 

The customization is supported for blocking within the supported browsers by the browser extension itself.

So this should work. I would advise to open a support ticket so TAC can take a closer look.
