How to block dormant files

Hi,

I have a query. I have a https link which is treated as Dormant link. How can I block it ? By default it was not detected by any blades and after manual analysis of url on the local machine in cli.

I presume you could block it by URL.
What version of Endpoint are we talking about here and what blades are active on the Endpoint?

It is E 85.20. URL filtering blade is not enabled only Threat blades is enabled.
