High memory usage on the AD server

I am experiencing an issue on my AD server, whereby Endpoint Forensic Recorder service is using up alot of memory. I have run the CheckConnectivity.exe. All connections are failing, I have Kaspersky installed on the server as well. Kindly assist.

I have upgraded from 86.80.0109 to 87.00.0022 and this resolved the issue.

There was a similar discussion the last year, check it out and see if it helps: https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/Endpoint/High-CPU-Consuming-on-Endpoint-Security-on-Windows-Serv...

I have reviewed the solution provided and I have opened all connections to the URLs.

Which endpoint client version is installed?

Does the environment utilize a proxy or is Kaspersky blocking the communication?

Is also maintaining Kaspersky just a transition state?

I have version 86.80.0109 and I am running Kaspersky on the server as well. The Harmony primarily for AD authentication with the Harmony server in the cloud.

Hey @Salom_Idhogela ...based on your screenshot, appears that most attempts are failing on CP update sites, as well as Kaspersky. Can you confirm which fqdns you added?

I did not configure FQDN anywhere except on the portal for AD scanning.
