Harmony Endpoint failed to inspect file
Hello,
Since our Harmony endpoint clients installation, we noticed the below issue with one client.
Every attempt downloading a file (pdf, doc etc) is failed. The appeared message in the Harmony Web protection extension is "failed to inspect file". All those file are inspected (extracted & emulated) normally from other clients generating the relevant logs. Moreover there are no created logs for these failed downloads. All our clients (version 86.80.0109) have the same Threat Prevention policy.
Please for your opinions.

No, I tried to see the logs from the management server but there were no.
I will communicate with TAC.
