Harmony Endpoint | High CPU and memory consumption

 

Hi Guys!

We are running Endpoint v.87.31, so we're having High CPU and memory consumption scenarios.

you can try "Run Diagnostics" push operation and see if you can find any processes that are causing this and apply an exclusion.

Identify the computer name under ASSET MANAGEMENT tab and right click on it.

How to perform it through Smart Endpoint! I We cant find, we are using Smart for manage the machines!

This interface is available for locally managed systems as well.

This feature should be there as of a year ago: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk174723
You may need to upgrade to a more recent release on-premise to have this feature.
