Hi everyone,
We have an endpoint client currently postponed to upgrade in 47 hours and wants to upgrade it now.
Is there a way to force an upgrade to an endpoint client?
Thank you.
Hi,
Right click on the lock icon will show a menu bar with "Upgrade Now" option.
Did you already try placing this device into it's own group with different client settings policy or similar?
If the endpoint selected the option "Postpone Upgrade" then I changed the client settings and disabled user to postpone the client installation or upgrade. Will it take effect immediately on endpoints that are already on its countdown to upgrade just like in the screenshot I shared?
What @Ron_Someh said is your best option. I had seen people do so and works 100% of the time.
