Harmony Endpoint Blocking Windows BitLocker - treating like ransoware

We are in the process of encrypting the C drives using Windows' local BitLocker, but Harmony Endpoint is detecting it as a ransomware attack. How can we apply an exception so that BitLocker can run normally?

Check the infinity portal logs tab, the event will be created and right-click on it and the screen below will appear.

Hello @AfterMath

Have you tried disabling Block Volume Encryption tools, encrypting, and then enabling it again? You can disable it in Behavioral Guard Advanced Settings.

Please, refer to this documentation: https://sc1.checkpoint.com/documents/Infinity_Portal/WebAdminGuides/EN/Harmony-Endpoint-Admin-Guide/...

Regards.
