Harmony Endpoint (87.30) hangs on deployment - always on "Waiting for software deployment" stage.

 
 
 

OS  : Windows 8.1 PRO (Update 1)

Endpoint : 87.30  (tryed also other version, but ended with the same result)

I opened a TAC for this case today. Will keep this post updated.

After contacting TAC, the endpoint has started communicating and was successfully deployed.

I belive there was something on the CheckPoint cloud site, but I don't know the details.

I faced exactly the same problem. 

I was having issues with my Bluetooth and Camera and just to check if HEP was part of the problem I uninstalled it from my notebook, surpassingly enough HEP was the problem and Bluetooth and Camera went on right after uninstalling.

After this I wasn't able to install the HEP back not on my notebook and not on any other PC, facing the same problem described in this thread. Finally after several days going forth and back with TAC they fount that the problem was  due to the license auto activating to 30 days and after that was fixed the installation went through.
