Firewall blade not running 86.50

Hi guys,

 

we have updated clients from 86.40 to 86.50 (build 191) automatically via deployment. Some of clients have the problem that the firewall blade not running. 

I have found an sk article with this solution:

  1. Boot to Safe Mode without networking.
  2. Open Registry Editor.
  3. Export HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\vsmon key for backup.
  4. Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\vsmon key.
  5. Restart the computer.

but it dosn't solved the problem.

Further i can't see any errors in logfiles or i'm looking in the false. Also the EPS Server (Reporting) shows only that the firewall blade is not running.

Has anyone an idea for me ?

Hi Chris,

unfortunately this did not work. The antimalware blade always works fine only the firewall blade has the prob.

Any other idea?

In which log i can see this error the are a lot of logs from CP.

Hi,

just for your info we have solved the problem by our own.

We have seen that the version 86.50 would like to update an certificate from crl.sectigo.com (see attach) with dynamic ip addresses or CNAME. 

In older version like 84.x there were  no such requests.
