FX Clear Application Session Disconnect

Hello All 

we have one application call FX clear in that source is our LAN(FXClear Admin exe) and destination is our application server(DAP) is behind the checkpoint UTM box is available.

FXClear Admin exe is facing frequent disconnection(EXE to DAP) , in case if EXE is idle for some period( No activity been done by user). some period mean more than hours application got disconnect.

Sorry, i neither can understand the topology used nor the product - last UTM series appliance had end of support 1-May-2017. I would suggest to make a regular ping from exe to dap using cron job...
