Endpoint Security AI Copilot

I understand that the AI-Copilot feature for Harmony Endpoint should already be enabled, but I don't see it available in any of my clients' Infinity cloud management portals. What steps do I need to take to enable it? Or is an additional license required?

The Endpoint Security Administration Guide says it should be available in the top banner, but I can't find it on any of my clients' portals.

As far as I know, this requires an additional license.

Hi all,

I manage a large number of Harmony Endpoint environments and ran into this same question. I can confirm that some of my clients' tenants do show the Infinity AI Copilot, while others don't, but when I check the license attached to those clients, I don't see anything specific (no distinct SKU or add-on listed) that would explain the difference.

Since the Administration Guide doesn't document any prerequisite or licensing requirement for this feature, I've opened an official case with Check Point to get a definitive answer on whether an additional license is required, what the enablement process is, and whether there's any regional or tenant-type restriction involved.

I'll come back and share whatever official information Check Point provides once the case is resolved.

Quick update on this one.

I opened an official case with Check Point TAC. The Endpoint support engineer confirmed that they are currently checking with R&D in order to get the AI Copilot extension for Harmony Endpoint enabled on my portal.

So, at least in my case, this is not something we can enable ourselves from the Infinity Portal — it has to be turned on by Check Point at the account/tenant level, which also explains why some of my clients' tenants show the feature and others don't even with the same licensing.

I have also explicitly asked TAC to confirm whether an additional license or SKU is required (as PhoneBoy mentioned), since the Endpoint Security Administration Guide doesn't document any prerequisite or licensing requirement for this feature.

Still waiting for the final answer from R&D. As soon as I have it, I'll post the official response here, including the licensing part, so it's documented for everyone.

Thank you very much for sharing this information! I look forward to your confirmation on whether TAC was actually able to enable this AI feature for your tenant or if they asked you for an additional license.
