we use Checkpoint Endpoint 87.00.0022. The client begins a anti malware scan and then pauses automatically. I have already read that there is a "Scan On Idle" option. However, this cannot be found to configure in my Check Point SmartEndpoint (R81.0.9500.567). At Checkpoint Support Portal i found an option to edit the registry to set a value "DisableScanOnIdle". However, even as an administrator I cannot set this value (which the endpoint probably prevents). If I push a scan through Check Point SmartEndpoint, the scan ends with "Another scan is in progress".
How is it possible to force the scan?
