Endpoint Management Server cannot get anti-malware signature updates from cloud server

Hi all,

My endpoint management server version is R81.20+JHF53 (on-premise), and client is E87.62.2003

About a day ago, I found that the Management server cannot receive signature from cloud server.

I tried to download the signature through offline updater (sk180690), still not work.

Is the problem on Check point cloud server? Anyone facing the same issue?Capture.PNGCapture1.PNGCapture2.png
